The 2018 Londonderry Property Owners Association

Annual Meeting will be held on:

Monday, April 30, 2018 6:00 p.m. sign in – 6:15 p.m. Meeting

LOCATION

Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church

4455 Anderson Mill Rd, Moore, SC 29369

Directional signs will be placed for your convenience.

 

Quorum

Enclosed is an attendance proxy (yellow form).  The purpose of this proxy is to help create a quorum for the annual meeting in order for business to be conducted.  We need to have 50% of the homeowners present or by proxy to establish the meeting quorum!  Without a quorum, the meeting will be adjourned and the rescheduled meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on this same date.  If you are unable to attend the annual meeting please be sure to fill out the proxy (yellow form) and return it to William Douglas Management by USPS, fax or email cshunk@wmdouglas.com ASAP!  You can also give your proxy to a Board member.

 

Board Positions

At the annual meeting the homeowners will need to elect members to the Board of Directors.  We currently have four (4) open positions for a term of three (3) years with two (2) nominations: Gary Ruppe and Cliff Walters.  If you would like to be added to the ballot, please contact the Board of Directors directly at hoa@londonderrysc.com by April 25st.  There will be NO nominations from the floor at the meeting.

 

Dues

All homeowners should have been invoiced for their 2018 dues.  Please note the dues are $225.00. Payments received after the due date are subject to a late fee.  Please remember your dues must be paid current in order to vote at the meeting or to run for the Board.

 

Special Meeting

There is a Special meeting for the purpose of Amending the By-Laws that will be called to order immediately following the 2018 Annual meeting.
