Nestled on Spartanburg's growing west side, Londonderry is an established community of more than 330 homes known for its spacious homesites, mature hardwood trees, and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. Originally developed in 1987 as part of the Cecil O. Smith Estate, Londonderry offers residents the charm of an established neighborhood while remaining conveniently located near schools, shopping, dining, healthcare, and major employers throughout the Upstate.
